Refund policy

Pre-orders
You may cancel your pre-order at any time before it ships for a full refund. Once your order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

Returns and exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges after an order has shipped.

Damaged items
If your game arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of delivery and include photos of the damage. We’ll send a replacement at no additional cost. If a replacement isn’t available, we’ll issue a full refund.

Refunds
Refunds are issued only for canceled pre-orders before shipment, or for items that arrive damaged and can’t be replaced. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
